Jessica and I were only able to do home school for 5th grade, and it was one of the greatest experiences of our lives! We wish we could still do home school now that we've moved to Connecticut. At the beginning of our home school year, we put together a list and we want to share it with you:

LEARN MORE because it's one-on-one and because we can do things that regular schools can't or won't do.
FREEDOM to choose curriculum, to change what we're doing according to need or interest, to go on field trips.

ANYWHERE SCHOOL not just "home" school - we can learn wherever we are and wherever we go
LIFE we can learn more about life, like sewing, cooking, gardening, saving, typing, and more...
FOOD have better lunches and healthier food for snacks
RELATIONSHIPS build relationships through more time spent with family and friends
